An initial conversation about your issue and the likely next steps. It helps establish whether the request fits Redport Tech and what the work may involve. Hands-on troubleshooting and repair are paid support.
Can you help without a house call?
Many software, account, and setup issues can be handled remotely. Wi-Fi coverage and physical equipment problems may need an on-site visit. Redport Tech will discuss which approach fits your issue.
Do you repair hardware or recover lost files?
Describe the device and what happened first. Redport Tech will assess the situation and explain whether it fits the available service or needs a specialist. File recovery depends on the condition of the device and available backups.
Do you support small businesses?
